I am beyond delighted to have had my dental service provided by the staff at Cadwell. I have not seen fit to see a dentist in many years, mostly because I have never, in my life, had a 'good' experience with dentistry. That was prior to my visits to the Cadwell offices.
While the office boasts state-of-the-art equipment, processes and a dedication to calming and pleasing aesthetics, it was the professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patient in handling my specific issues that were very important to my complete patient satisfaction.
From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Jessica in the entryway, I felt welcome and was made to feel comfortable - like I was automatically a friend. I had numerous technical and philosophical questions, and was pleasantly surprised to learn just how accommodating they were to take the time from the schedule to answer every last concern, in detail, and to my satisfaction. Joshua Cadwell then took time out of his hectic schedule to address every concern I had, until he was satisfied that I was satisfied with his answers, and there is no mistaking that level of genuine care and concern fro me as a patient.
Ashley did a superb job of setting me up for my needed treatments, making the process flow smoothly, and on schedule, while continually checking on my comforts and needs. Excellent service was consistently and continually provided by Joshua, Kristin, and several other staff including Errin, Mystie, and Natasha over the course of several visits - all the while - keeping my comfort and needs at the forefront. Great care was taken to ensure I was involved and informed of every step in the process, and that, by itself, is invaluable.
For the entire treatment, I was treated with dignity and respect by each and every staff member, as they provided expert service and sincere care, communicating at every step in the process, and eliciting feedback often, including the scheduling and payments with the support of Crystal and Shannon. Although I have not mentioned every staff member by name, I can say that every individual involved in my treatment had my comfort and care in mind and recognized the importance of communicating with me continually while under their care.
For me, the dental chair has the real potential for being a great stress inducer, even before work is performed; however, the Cadwell staff is fluent in the necessary communication and people skills required to keep the process as relaxing as is possible, and their ability to perform delicate work while maintaining an air of calm and comfort is a testament to their profession.
In the past, I had not had one single good experience by dental providers, as they were not sensitive to my needs but only provided the quickest and most convenient solution to my problems from their perspective. But this was not the case with Cadwell Dental. The staff handled my issues as if they were their own. leaving me completely satisfied, having exceeded all my expectations. There is no doubt that I will continue to have my dental needs provided by Cadwell and, odd as it may sound, I actually find myself looking forward to my next appointment.
