This patient had experienced extensive dental work in the past and although moving from Tennessee, didn’t want to look like it. With several broken and discolored fillings in his front teeth and noticeable wear and tear with age, together we determined the best outcome would result from custom whitening trays and 6 conservative porcelain veneers.
